So I had a block of puff pastry and some green & black dark chocolate! What to make???…….
Chocolate croissants, who doesn’t love a warm chocolate croissant!
This recipe isn’t the most difficult and only has three ingredients to it but it tastes fabulous!
1 block of puff pastry
10-15 square of dark chocolate
1 egg for egg wash
Pre heat oven 200c, Roll the puff pastry out nice and thin, and cut into squares, turn square so you have a diamond shape, put a piece and half of chocolate, in one corner and roll up and curve round the corners.
Place on a baking sheet and brush with the egg glaze, bake for 10-12 minutes and Volia yummy warm croissants!
